Day 43 of Giving
When we used to live in Edmonton, we had to pay for parking every day when we worked downtown. Sometimes our credit cards wouldn't work because the machine couldn't read it (this was before the chip card). It would be frustrating as heck because it's not often we would carry change on us.
Since we both work from home now, paying for parking comes few and far between. We decided to leave some change for the next person whose credit card doesn't work, and they don't have change on them.
It'll at least get them inside until they can break a bill for some change. Sometimes, that's all you need!
