Day 42 of Giving

When we were in Hong Kong, we had to contact our driver to come pick us up. They had a courtesy phone right before you come out of the departure gate. But then we couldn't find him, so we had to run around looking for another courtesy phone. Only they didn't have one. We didn't have any Hong Kong currency on us, so we ended up having to use our credit card. You don't really realize how great you have it with a cell phone until you don't have one!

I don't even remember the last time I had to use a pay phone here in Canada. The last time I did, they cost 25 cents per call. It's now 50 cents a call!

In case someone needed to make an emergency call (or maybe they don't have a cell phone because they're visiting or what not), I left 2 quarters on top of a pay phone for them.
